Just cut my sprint bill in half! I call customer service just to make sure my bill payment went thru. Well some how it came up 9 cents short when i paid it in full, so they told me my service was going to be shut off over 9 freaking cents. Well my bill is almost 180 a month for just me! Redic, right. So after Im done with the automated system i get a live person... this dudes accent so heavy i swear he just got here from wherever he came from! He annoys me so i ask to speak to a supervisor... well her accent wasnt so heavy, she may have been here a full calendar year. Anyhow i express how i have to call every month and complain about everything. I paid u ppl over 2 grand in payments... i say do you wanna lose a paying customer. There are plenty of other services that will buy out my contract. .. new bill is now in half. 90 bucks for my cell, tab, and business line... this is all in 40 mins... geez
