Just discovered there is a car company focused on electric cars and are in the process of putting their Superchargers around the world, Tesla Motors. And get this, they have good performance and the Superchargers are free. Theyre not cheap, Bing $70,000, but you have to have the technology first before you can make it cost effective, and even then it will take time make it cost effective and keep some of its performance. 256 miles on a full battery, with free turbo charging along the major highways, and I think it said 0-60mph in 5.4 seconds, which is more than I need. I just like Camaros and Transams for their looks and handling (and while the Tesla doesnt have a T Top, it has what it calls a Panaramic Roof Window or something). Finally some progress in weakening ourselves off gasoline. When I win the lotto, Ill be getting this and when I get a house Ill use Solbien solar panels and make sure the wiring, plumbing, and insulations top notch.
