Just drove along Pennine Drive, was following a dark blue Astra car, the driver was a women, I followd her from the A10 roundabout, she drove taking both lanes up into Peterlee nearing Moorcock. Then at last minute decided to turn right along Pennine with no indicator. Then she continued to either speed up or slow down then slowed near school and then sped up and took left down towards Grampian towards Catholic Club, please can anyone tell me is it a manufacture fault with this car ie: no indicators and an accellaration problem. If i can used my indicator why cant other people.................................
