Just find out that someone I served with decided to end his life last night. Guys look, no one know exactly what someone is going through at any given time. We need to be there for each other all the damn time, not just when its crucial or convenient. Reach out for one another, and watch for signs of depression. And if youre the one struggling, know that most servicemen and veterans are dealing with, or have been through the hell youre in now. Dont become another statistic. You dont have a damn reason in the world to take your life when there are countless resources out there to help you. Just remember that pain ends eventually, and nothing is worth giving the enemy what they want. Stay strong brothers and sisters.
