Just finished 6 hours of yard work. kind of worn out, but it was good honest work and exercise. Part of the reward/incentive was my pants kept falling down. Im close to breaking the 220 barrier and headed on down! At one time 5 years ago, I was at 255 ! My diet plan - simply dont eat as much of the foods I love, and actually get up and be active. Admittedly, thats only 35 pounds in 5 years. But thats 35 pounds without any special diet or exercise program. I call it the living a happier life program!
