Just finished Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail. I cant wait to see the movie! A couple of years ago, I told Alex Mykyta that I wanted to do a long-distance hike, and reading this book has made it official. I always thought that I wasnt good enough of a hiker, that the pain I endured while reaching the top of a mountain was a sign that I did not have it in me. Now I realize, it just means Im hiking, and that squats would be a good prep ;)
