Just finished a Case Management appointment with a terminally ill with brain cancer and a rare blood disorder but he had the most positive outlook on life and wanted to help others. I had a huge lump in my throat during our client appointment and did my best to stay composed and professional. We chatted for an hour. He thanked me for my time and told me it was great having met me that I was an amazing person. I could feel my eyes burning with a built up of tears and the lump in my throat getting bigger. I cant imagine what he is going through, but I am blessed to have been a part of his journey today and he really touched my heart! Life is so fragile and yet so many of us take it for granted. I learned so much from this courageous man today!
