Just finished a great rise and shine morning obstacle and cross fit cardio workout here at waller park with the carnal Jesse Acevedo. 50 push ups , 50 squats 50 frog jumps, 5 laps of sprinting, backward pull ups, fence climbing , monkey bars and 10 burpees. I feel good , just gotta back in shape witch I am, but I gotta get my muscles back into it. Go an get ready for a Spartan Race in Malibu in December. Hopefully I dont messed up my back this Time.
