Just finished a talk at the Liberty Village running room Lessons learned and taught - stretching isnt always the answer. One of the runners was stretching at the start of my talk and quickly changed as I talked about stability vs mobility - exercise is not corrective unless I works right away. One Shot, One Kill - using half-kneeling position and the Turkish Get up changes lives - practitioners still only treat the site of pain *sigh* - it is amazing how much movement is missing from the every day runner - showing a runner how to breathe is like giving a fat kid cake - I will never be cool enough to live in Queen West
