Just finished cooking a fresh, healthy dish. I love combining my lean protein such as chicken with my vegetables. Please know that losing weight and building muscles does not happen while working out at the gym. That is why we must supply our bodies with the proper vitamins and nutrients. This dish has grilled chicken marinated in Lawrys herb and white wine sauce, shredded brussels sprouts from Walmart (made this easy), and organic tomatoes. I sprinkled a dash of parmesan cheese on top. Too good!! I try to include green veggies in every meal because of the high contain of fiber which regulates your body. Also its dense in calories, fats, and carbs. Which are key things for weight lose. Glad my friend has a garden and gives me some fresh, organic veggies. Cant wait to cook the next meal. Dont crush your weekend with junk foods. REMEMBER WE ARE ON THE 14 DAY CHALLENGE. You have lots of variety when you take out the junk foods. HOW ARE WE DOING WITH CHALLENGE?
