Just finished making a loaf of banana nut bread a little while ago. Right now having a glass of Cabernet and then will finish dishes and finish making dinner. Cut up chicken with water, beer and BBQ sauce have been cooking in the crock-pot. Then will make the two ears of corn we didnt eat on Saturday night and find some pasta and make a small bowl of salad for each of us. Going to make Choc Chip cookies in the morning and make some and freeze the rest of the batter after using a ice cream scoop to make them uniform and plopping them on a cookie sheet to freeze and then put into freezer bags. Makes it easy to just bake what you need!
