Just finished my speech for Kids of Courage, the premise was the correlation between Joseph, the campers and myself. I spoke on how Joseph suffered much in his life from being hated by his brothers, sold, enslaved, then imprisoned and yet its said he was able to overcome it with his faith that it served a purpose and lived cheerfully trying to help others. I related this to both my fellow campers and myself in the way we all face adverse situations on a daily basis and challenges year after year but how we must maintain our courage and stare down these difficulties and not let them overcome us, we can let them slow us down but never stop us completely.
