Just finished one assignment and now to recommence reading for the next one. I also have been to the doctor today and he has informed me that my cholesterol has increased. I thought this would be the case so the herbalist, who I saw yesterday, put me on alfalfa tablets and I am to eat fresh parsley, spinich and bok choy throughout the day. I have sliced them all up into a bowl and eat them as I do my reading. I feel better all ready.
