Just finished reading Island stir on MV Guam...nice job...but here are my thoughts...if I was a Democrat, which I am not, I wont put anyone in the Gubernatorial race for 2014 from the Democratic side. But I would tell my people not to mark the gubernatorial ballot at all. With hold the vote! Not enough votes for the gubernatorial election, no Governor or Lt. Governor at all! Doesnt matter the majority vote, but no 50% +1 no one can get elected. And it will hold in court because Organic act is very specific!
