Just finished this book. Among my top two favorites of books on psychopathy. Throughout the text, Fallon elaborates on his journey of his realization that he has many of the same qualities associated with psychopathy, such as poor limbic function and hedonistic behavior. As a neuroscientist, he constantly puts his behavior in the context of neuroscientific explanation. Its an awesome mix of science and biography. If theres anyone as odd in their book taste as me, then I recommend picking this up.
