Just finished up a transaction with Serif that was on-going because I ran into some financial glitches on this end. My rep was Matt, and he came through with everything as promised, even though I had to delay the date of purchase. Not only that I was able to get another software I wanted along with the package. After having dealt with various other major corporations and businesses in the USA and abroad over the past few months I have to say that the one with SERIF had to be the best experience ever. Even when I could not reach him his co-workers took good care of me and notated the files appropriately. We need more customer service like SERIF gives and companies should look into finding out how they do their employee training! Hip Hip Hooray, somebody is giving excellent service and doing their job right for a change! Their software does what it says too, thank you Andy Alberti for recommending it!
