Just finished up the rough draft of the first three chapters of Carrying Divine: A Rwanda Survivor Story for my incredible friend Henriette Love Nyirarukundo. When she first asked me to help her write her story into a book, I wanted to pull a Moses and be all Um...dont you want my brother Aaron?! Or Oprah?! But sitting at Henriettes feet, soaking up the wisdom and beauty of her story, and pouring it out on a page, is a lot like watching a Red Sea part. Youll get to watch just a small glimpse of her story this weekend at GCC. Be ready to be blown away, people. Wear flip flops even if its cold, because God and Henriette are about to blow your socks off. Boom. #luvmyjob
