Just finished watching Her Movie, a very heartfelt and thoughtful film. Ill definitely add it to my favorite movies corner, just sitting right next to Before Sunrise. :D ~ This movie is about a lonely and heartbroken-and-fresh-from-divorce man, who later falls in love with his highly advanced OS. Yes, you read it right, with his computer! ~ Samantha, the OS, was played by the sweet husky bedroom voice of Scarlett Johansson. Without knowing shes an OS, you would actually really think shes a human by how she laughs, sighs, jokes, and verbally communicates overall. ~ Im surprised that this sci-fi movie tells a lot about love, relationships, emotions, and the consciousness. I also find the cinematography, musical score and main actors acting performance perfect for the movie. ~ It really deserves its high ratings in Rotten Tomatoes (94%), IMDb (8.1) and Metacritic (90%). ~ Kudos! Highly recommendable, friends! ~ And, as always, here are my favorite lines: ~~ I think anybody who falls in love is a freak. Its a crazy thing to do. Its kind of like a form of socially acceptable insanity. ~~ Even if you come home late and Im already asleep, just whisper in my ear one little thought you had today. Because I love the way you look at the world. And Im so happy I get to be next to you and look at the world through your eyes. ~ ~ Sometimes I think I have felt everything Im ever gonna feel. And from here on out, Im not gonna feel anything new. Just lesser versions of what Ive already felt. ~ P.S. Dont judge the movie by its poster which I did even if I know its not right. LOL
