Just finished watching the council meeting. For those of you that didnt watch it, I wanted to bring your attention to minute 22:30 onwards. It is very important to point out that our outgoing Mayor and Council are people, just like us. They have feelings. They are affected by harsh words and comments - just as we are. They display emotion that they cannot contain. They also make mistakes. It is part of being human. Thank you to outgoing Mayor and Council and incoming Mayor and Council plus incumbents. We have done our job here of making sure that Mayor and Council are aware that we have a voice and we can make a difference. Just always be cautious... words hurt. I am guilty of this too. Lets please move forward in a positive, respectful manner.
