Just finnished my first workout of p90x3 Total Synergistic. I have to admit I was not impressed. I was rather disappointed with the overall workout. I found it too easy. There was a few exercises that I found interesting and challenging but as a whole it was light. I was going to do doubles based on the mixed feedback of what people thought of p90x3. However when I looked at the program for the first workout it told me to do Cold Start as the second workout. Well that work is just a warmup routine. Anyways i realise that I am being harsh with this program. I hope the following workouts will be more difficult. I will need to review block 1 tonight and decide whether I should remove those workouts from the program. In P90X2 I eventually remove the foundation section from that because it was too easy. Any thoughts on how I should proceed? Are there workouts that you feel are to easy that I should perhaps take a look at as well. I just hate setting aside time to workout just to walk away feeling that it was lacking in some way.
