Just for Laughs - Got pranked in a Good Way! I got a text from Ella this morning to check my personal email as she forwarded an email that I needed to read. Since I had issues getting my emails in my company phone, I cant help but feel worried as I normally get notifications like these when there are urgent issues and concerns in the office. Upon checking my email, I was happily surprised that I got pranked in a good way by my amazing HR Team. They wanted to extend their congratulations for graduating SMDP with distinction. Double blessings indeed from God. My heart was already overflowing with joy and gratitude that the Senior Management Development Program (SMDP) was held at Amsterdam and because of which, I was able to celebrate my birthday in Paris. Six months after, news that I was one of those who graduated with distinction is a reflection of Gods goodness and grace. Nothing is impossible with God. :) To God be the Glory! He never ceases to amaze me. :) Personally, I feel happy that my passion at work and commitment were finally recognized, affirmed and appreciated. Recognition plays an important role in bringing out the best in people. To be affirmed when credit is given to whom it is due is such a wondrous feeling as it can make even the most ordinary people become extraordinary! To my dear HRBPs who played a good prank on me... thank you for kicking off my day in a lovely way. Happy Fishy Payday Friday Indeed!
