Just for those asking for an update, we are doing fine. Jason Parrishs head is definitely sore and torn up. Cody, Jacob, and I went on the route this morning(although we waited until daylight here at home) he did great and was more worried about his Dads head then anything(who we left at home to sleep.) thank you to Jacob Parrish for coming over yesterday and coming with us so we werent alone and so your Dad could rest. The kid (20 years old) who attacked us is being charged with aggravated battery, underage consumption, and criminal damage to property. We dont know him but apparently everyone else does. He has quite a history on public record, and the here say out here is crazy. In the last month he stole his girlfriends brand new car while intoxicated and totaled it. In the last 2 years hes committed violent crimes and been charged with aggravated battery not once but twice. He hopefully will get the help he very clearly needs. We are doing as well as can be expected for having been attacked and blind sided in our own neighborhood. We appreciate everybodys thoughts and prayers while we work our way through it.
