Just found out I have influenza. Yay! I guess I contracted it while in California. Two days ago, I developed a runny nose and an unproductive cough (but Ive had a cough since September, so thats nothing new). Thats it. My extremely weak immune system is handling this potentially deadly (for me) flu like a champ. Im calling it a HUGE essential oil win! I was proactively using my flu bomb blend of oils every night and most morning as well as a protective blend called OnGuard every day while travelling. This flu will have run its course by later today or tomorrow, and I really feel just fine, aside from an annoying runny nose and cough!
