Just found out something pretty cool. Google the phrase whos running for office 2014 election and the first result asks for your location. It then lists the candidates for the major offices in your location, including state officials. It doesnt give you information right there but at least gives you the opportunity to see the names of the candidates... so you can look into candidates more, see their stances on LGBT rights, and make your decisions.
