Just found out that my youngest grandchild will be given the oath of enlistment into the United States Air Force at 2:00 PM Saturday, 26 April 2014 in front of the Air Force Thunderbirds. So very proud of this, and all my grandchildren. Bitter sweet emotions are filling me because I am so proud, but hate to see him leave for basic training in August. Seems as though he should still be that little child setting on my lap and giving hugs. Love him so very much.
