Just from the High Court, Petitions on formation of Nakuru County Executive will be heard on 28th August 2013 in full. It is unfortunate that Kinuthia MBugua has denied people of Nakuru a fair administration action by appointing new people to replace those that were rejected by the county assembly. consequently, Kinuthia has not held even a single executive committee meeting thus all decisions he has made on behalf of the county are null and void ab initio. He should not hide behind a court order to deny people of nakuru effective governance and services.
