Just fulfilled my civil duty. We saw a woman speed past us on the highway only to run into the back of a semi truck. We pulled off into the grass and I went to see if she was alright. Woman was piss ass drunk and was trying to start her car to drive away. The whole front of her car was smashed.We waited and gave our statement to the officers. We were the only people who stopped to give our statement.
