Just getting going again with sourdough. Very happy with my latest creation using the upturned baking pan method for first 15 mins - makes the best toast with perfect crunch and chew. Thanks go to Carol Lee for the coaching and Teresa Greenway and Perfect Sourdough for the inspiration! I think I kept the oven too hot for the latter part of the bake?
