Just got a G2 from Cherry Angel for 1899php Quick Review: -Device has a matte finish -1.44inch capacitive screen, not sure about resolution as its not indicated on the box -Screen has adequate brightness, but will try outdoor use -Touch Panel is made of plastic, but very responsive -Measures 16mm thick, 60mm long on the bottom, and 45mm top -Weighs approximately 60grams -Has built in speaker and mic for answering/making calls on connected device -Requires BT Notification App to view new text messages, you have to download it on the web, not available on Play Store, thankfully Mark provided me with the Apk file -You can only view messages that are received while connected to phone, you cant view all messages from your phone -Messages appear separately with names corresponding to stored contacts on connected phone -Can access all contacts on connected phone -The G2 has 3.6gb onboard storage storing files -You can store mp3 files on the device and play them with built in Audio Player, sound will outputted on the small speaker -You can also connect the G2 to any bluetooth headsets to stream music, tested with Sony SBH52 (but having trouble connecting to Pyxis Bluetooth speakers) -There are 3 buttons on the left side, volume rockers that doubles as navigation and power button -The tip of the watch strap has a cover to reveal the USB, that serves as charging and mass storage mode for PC -Watch mode has 3 faces, 2 types of analog and digital, you can also set an image stored on the watch as wallpaper on Digital only -Built in camera to capture still shots, VGA 640x480 max resolution -Camera sensor is located on the top of the watch -Video Recording also available, but will test the resolution -Has Pedometer feature -Extra tools like Calculator(keypad too small to use), Sound Recorder, and Stopwatch Only things that concerns me are: -The USB head on the tip of the strap, if you break the strap theres no other way to charge the watch -The touch panel might be easily prone to scratches, but cutting a small screen guard and place it on the watch should help :) To sum it up, its similar to P1 without the ability to reply messages. But more compatible to wide devices, including CMs own devices. Things to add: -Screenshots of UI -Camera Samples -Battery Life Will do a full review once I tried the device for weeks :D
