Just got a demand for compliance or possession on my door. 15 mins after business hours are over. Went downstairs immediately and was told that the manager,couldnt speak to us as,it us after hour a, and we need to take it up with corporate anyways. They say we are violating the crime free section of our lease by engaging in criminal activity including drug-related criminal activity on or near the premises. Meaning the illegal manufacture,sale, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use an illegal or controlled substance. I have 7 marijuana plants growing in my closet. I am a medical cannabis user in possession of a red card from the MMED. I am legally allowed to grow up to 12 plants for my own personal use. The demand is to remove my plants from the apartment or be evicted.
