Just got a great review from a happy seller/buyer on Zillow: We contacted Michael Levy from Grand Lux after our 2 BR apartment was on the market for more than a year with no offers. The first buyer Michael showed our place to made an offer and we ended up selling the place to him. Michael said luck played a part in it, but we also know that his strategy in working with buyers agents incentives them to come to your home and make you an offer. It worked! More impressively we used Michael and GLR again to buy a home. Although we were nowhere near million dollar clients for Michael, he treated us that way. Always had the time to show us a number of homes. Always had good insight as to whether it was a good match for us, and never pressured us at all. We just moved into the new home that Michael showed us earlier in the year. I cannot recommend him, Jodi and GLR enough. They are great! (Thanks JPH!)
