Just got a response from Kent Hovind (I messaged him long ago to offer help). Here are my posts on his wall... I CAN HELP, LIKELY GET HIM OUT AND THE GOVT. SUED... For 4 years now I have studied the law, govt., how it has become corrupted and how to remedy it, and for 11 years previous to that, I studied unifying theories of everything (Why I originally learned of Kent)... I must be quick, as I never have enough time... The govt. has been bankrupt since at least 1933, and we under military law (I have proof of all this on those sites, especially FreedomFilesGroup)... The single purpose of govt. is to secure/protect individual rights/Liberty (says in Declaration, U.S. and Az. constitutions)... so without an actual victim to testify under penalty for perjury, there can be no crime (See Allen v. Wright for example). We must learn how to Reserve all rights without prejudice, that we are the beneficiary of the account created by the Birth certificate which is the person being prosecuted in the courts by our corporate govt. (criminal and civil), (see Reconstruction act -1872, James Traficant speech -1993, 28 USC 3002)... You can sue the govt. and actually win with the PresumptiveLetters method I learned from Jack and Margy Flynn, which gives 30 days to rebut your claims/presumptions or they acquiesce/tacitly consent and waive any right to challenge later in court (you win before you get there if you do the letter/notice of claim right, via summary judgement)... You must learn to trademark the ALL CAPS version of your name (on the Birth Cert.), in order to also become the administrator/executor of that account (which was created so we can discharge our debts since there is no lawful gold and silver coin to pay debts as Art.1, Sec.10 of U.S. Constitution requires: See Emergency Banking act, and HJR 192)... By reserving his rights under UCC 1-308, binding the public servants to their oaths and the written purpose of the US and state constitutions (and Declaration), you can get ANY case dismissed when there is no actual, living victim (See Bureaucrats have no case for more on that, and Incredible legal remedy to get any case dismissed, as well as Christopher Fleming on YouTube... and my Friend Brian Wade has personally done this and helped many others to.
