Just got an update about this. Apparently this is still going on? This footage is two years old, but shows how this center treats those they deem mentally ill. They shock those whom exhibit so called mental illness symptoms, essentially trying to torture them into acting normal. When I looked into this a bit years back I read accounts where some of the patients are burned so severely from the shocks that their skin turns black so they have to move the shock pad to fresh living nerves.
