Just got back from my TOPS weight loss group loss 4# this week. Apparently this exercise thing and eating healthy leads to weight loss new concept huh? hehe! Mostly been fixing things with more veggies and whole graines... Fruits and Veggies Nuts and lean protiens. 4 miles a day x 5 plus one long that is my training for the half and next 5 & 10k in October & December. I really feel motivated to push myself and am seeing the results with longer strides on my runs. Today my hubby surprised me with a new MP3 player 4GB in Red his way rewarding my hardwork very sweet! I feel very blessed!!! Thanks so all who encourage me and support me it means the world and you know who you all are!!
