Just got back from my appointments at The Cross Cancer Institute. Always an interesting experience for sure. The oncologist had the CT Scan results from yesterday. The CT Scan showed there was minimal growth with what they are calling a tumor on my liver. In the four months since my 1st CT Scan and the one done yesterday, the tumor on my liver has gone from 2.0cm to 2.3mm. Two other tumors in the abdomen area showed again very minimal growth. CT Scan also shows a new finding near where the colon was resected. They feel this could just be a pocket of fluid that has built up after surgery and are not calling it cancerous. So as news can go, it is good news --- no new tumors and the cancer is not an aggressive cancer. Blood work looked really good as well. Thanks to my dear sister Georgette who took time out of her busy schedule to drive me there and come in with me. So so blessed to have such loving and awesome people in my life and so blessed with todays results. Time to go for a walk.......
