Just got back from surgery. Everything went well, and FAST! Oral Surgeon checked everything out and said I should be healing well. I should not lose feeling in my face/cheek/chin area, but may have a few spots that are feeling deprived for awhile. The jaw bone looked good, with no deterioration or infection in the bone. That is good since I would be heading to the hospital to have part of the bone removed right now otherwise. About 6 weeks of heeling ahead, then an implant. I should be fully back in the saddle again on Monday. Feeling much better today anyway. I washed 4 of my 6 dogs earlier this afternoon and I feel great. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I truly do appreciate it.
