Just got briefed from Victims Witness about what to expect at Turnipseed Parole Hearing-- when receiving my gate pass for October 17th at RJ Donovan in San Diego. All these years later, the bad dreams never really go away. TAKE 2! It is time to demand the maximum of 15 years before we have to go through this parole process again, under Marseys Law. It is the very least we should expect -- to keep a man behind bars, who had established himself as a serial rapist and murderer by the age of 16 years old. He was a ward of the State when he murdered my best friend when we were only 12 years old. The State didnt do too good of a job keeping tabs on him back then; the very least they could do is keep him for life, as he was originally sentenced. Please forward this status on to the rest of the Napa Community.
