Just got done with dosage six of chemo and other than being very tired I seem to be doing great!! My hemoglobin was at 13 which is in the normal range (unusual since we all know im not normal!) Everyone hugged me bye and said I should be back in Chapel Hill by next treatment on October 30th!! They asked me to reconsider staying here for my treatments and I told them if they wanted to pay for my gas, hotel and food I would be glad to stay. They hugged me bye again lol!! One nurse told me my attitude and outlook was so positive and she would miss me!! My thought is, when you are told you are going to die and you outlive the time frame that is reason enough to be happy and positive!! Every day I get is a gift and I refuse to spend it being sad or depressed!! Thank you to all of my family and friends who help me get through this, you cant possibly know what it means to me!!
