Just got home from U of I Hospital. It was a LONG day. My sister, Pam, is doing well. THANK YOU to ALL the prayer warriors. Please continue to pray for her recovery. Yesterday, her doctors had prepared her for surgery with a large incision and a much longer hospital stay and recovery time. Surgery was scheduled at 12:30 PM. She went in at 2pm and was scheduled to take 5 hrs and 17 minutes. (I know it sounds like a flight time right!) The dr came out around 6:30pm and told us that they did NOT have to make the large incision and was able to use the robot. That surgery went much better than expected and was VERY surprised how well it actually went AND finished early!!! She has 3 small incisions about 1/4" and will be able to go home tomorrow!!! I know right!!! It is TOTALLY a praise God moment at the top of my lungs!!! So THANK YOU prayer warriors and thank you Jesus for Angel Armies Always By Our Side!!!!
