Just got home from above Juliette Dam...Not a good night at all,I caught nothing but trash.4 channel cats and 2 eels on wild night crawlers.I had Big Bream,Little Bream,Big Bass,Little Bass,Big Bullheads and Little Bullheads.Maybe 4 good bites all day and night,and all came on Big Bream.It was cool though,as those were the first eels I have caught in 20+ years,and the last ones were caught below Juliette Dam.Its a real easy river to run,no problems once I figured out how to get away from the boat ramp,its surrounded by real shallow water.
