Just got home from seeing John Grant, with The Northern sinfonia, I think thats who they were. And members of his own Band, some of whom were Icelandic, with the most unpronounceable names. John sailed through introducing them. Perhaps he speaks Icelandic. Come to think of it, I think Trddy said he speaks a bunch of languages. He got a semi ovation after each song, and a standing ovation at the end. It was a very very good show. He was in fine voice. He has a lovely gentle stage presence. Went to the party after stayed five mins, so I didnt get to say jello, or hello. I dont usually go out in the evening but this jetlag of going to bed late, and getting up late, means I feel up to going out.
