Just got home from taking Peyton to get his MRI (WITHOUT SEDATION) and he did wonderfully. Took him to get him his favorite, McDonalds then walked over to see the surgeon Dr Gump to see the MRI results and to see how he thought Peyton looked. He is amazed at the MRI and says that Petyon looks great and sees no need for a shunt at this point and couldnt get over how well Peyton is getting around now. He wants to see him back in 3 months to get another MRI and to check up with the surgeon to check and make sure there is no extra fluid floating around up there. Also, met with Dr Skjei, the neurologist, yesterday for a check up and she was amazed at how good he looks as well. She also wants to see him back in 3 months. I am VERY proud of Peyton and his progress. We looked at a before MRI scan and the one that was taken today and there is a world of difference. There looks to be NO seizure activity at all on the right side of his brain!! AMEN!!!! Peyton is for sure my hero!!!!! Thank you all for the prayers. They worked!!!!!
