Just got in from completely trashing those legs. Now feasting on my recovery which is certainly my favorite thing of the day now. Using Optimum nutrition Hydro whey mixed with a little unsweet almond milk plus jasmine white rice. I had the rice cooked, just heated it, added in a touch of the unsweet almond or you can use water. Then a scoop of any whey would work. Just mix it all together and consume.
