Just got in the door from our appointment about the back problem. Very tiring trip with morning rush traffic and traffic was at a stand still on our way home. MRI shows very severe arthritis, no disc bulge or blow-out. Whatever happened about a month ago to cause the inflammation is pinching a nerve. So, I am on my way to pick up anti-inflammatory meds. We are waiting on the scheduler to get us on the roster for a steroid injection into the spine. It hurts to see how much pain Chris is in and how that pain is wearing him down. Asking prayers that the meds will ease the inflammation and that we can get on the injection roster ASAP. Doctor said surgery is an Option, but the last option. Off to the pharmacy and then to work.
