Just got into LA, and about to finish the long haul up to Idaho. As we near the end of fiming for series 3, on this trip we will be bringing you all another big backcountry self guided, archery elk hunt. If you caught series 2, youll know hard we worked and just how close we came. Stay tuned, this ones going to be even bigger-and this time weve got some horses and mules to get us even deeper into the wilderness.:) I sure cant wait to smell those pines and hear those bulls bugle again. Horse riding practice has been a bit lacking though, cant be worse than last time-only fell off twice in BC...If youve ever dreamed of hunting elk self guided in the US like we did, it really is the ultimate self-guided big game adventure. The reality is that for the keen hunter its easily possible for a non -resident to get it done on a budget. Get inspired, get training, do your research and follow that dream! Cheers for now- hmmm, might go get me a burger, or some fried chicken or maybe just a fried burger?:) Rob
