Just got off the phone with GVEC Net. Yesterday they said someone would call to set a date and time to come out yesterday but never got a call, hence the call I just made. Yesterday they said the wait time for them to fix or replace their radio would be 3-5 days and now today it is 5-10 days. Wow, really. Told them if it was going to take longer I would just switch service and have new service faster. She said, I dont think so, it would take longer, now we have some insight to why they dont care. Got news, Internet America is a lot faster. The only reason for no change right now but will be in the near future is I have a lot of things tied to my wifi BUT, I will replace your attitude service and then wont have to deal with how rude and smug and all that you think you are. From 3-5 to 5-10, really!!!!!
