Just got off the phone with a telemarketer...went something like this... Him: Hello, youve won a 7 day, 6 night trip to anywhere in the US that Southwest Airlines flies. Me: I dont fly. Like my feet on the ground. Him: No problem, I can convert this to a cruise. 7 days, 6 nights to the Caribbean or the Bahamas. Me: Dont take cruises either, people get sick on those boats. Him: Well, tell you what - Ill turn it into a road trip. Best hotels, all 5 star. Me: Do you pay for gas? Him: Well no, that you would have to pay for yourself. But you could stay in the best hotels and wed give you a generous food allowance. Me: Our road trips consist of visiting family. No hotels required. Food is bought locally and cooked. What else do you have to offer? He hung up.
