Just got off the phone with last wkends judge. Discussed WVHSRA staff and volunteers very upbeat, hard working and dedicated. I would like to personally thank all who did the hard work and show the dedication. But have to wonder how others can set in the stands and not left a hand to contribute an ounce of work. I realize that parents stop me and ask what they can do, I dont all ways have an job at that moment or Im focused on what Im personal doing at that moment, and I dont give them a clear answer. Dont be shy just jump in and do what you CAN do. Open a gate, set a pole, help set up the area, help measure off the area, rake aroumd a barrel (theres goimg to be more hand raking in the future cause in a dry arenas it cuts down on the dust and is faster) and help take down the area (we all have to go home and work tomorrow, your not the only one with a job). Ive went off on a rant. What I stated to do was thank my frend Fred Wilcox for his dedication, guidance he has given our team workers and volunteers and insight of how to improve what we are doing. He is such a good organizer and ofers so much professional help in such a few short days. After setting with our volunteers when all the work was done (area down and back on trailers) sunday evining. It is a general consequences that Fred is a great guy to work with. Thank you Fred Wilcox
