Just got screwed by Expedia and the Ramada Hotel in Minnesota. I cancelled two room for October 22 and re-booked them for October 15. Got my credit card bill today and I am charged for three rooms, one for October 22 and two for October 15. Ive been on the phone to Expedia and the hotel must of the afternoon and the hotel passes the buck to Expedia and Expedia passes it to the hotel. Believe my, I am not happy. Both places say they cannot issue a credit. I now give up, but will never use Expedia again and will never stay at a Ramada again.
