Just got this awesome video from John Davenport of Multu down there in North Carolina - healing up from his knee surgery. WOW !!!! I wonder how many people who see this dont know who John Davenport is? he was completely coincidentally - no connection whatsoever - the engineer on the Joey Wilson record and then a number of years later: my recordings. He mentioned to me that the only other artist he knew that was a gifted and FUNNY as me was another guy from Philly. Who oh, you wouldnt know him: Joey Wilson. Ha ha ha.. like my kid brother. Multu brings all of that together, heals up so many fragments of my life - including being from Spain where my REAL kid brother lives.... and Multu brought me and Kathi together. Multu was given his name by the schizophrenic but magical woman who first had him with her in a magical abandoned house on the Mediterranean. Who knows where she came up with the name in her fairy haunted brain. Mutlu means happy in Turkish, and is the name of many dogs there. Maybe, hes named after some unigue form of magical happiness. Multu !!!!.
